Third-Party Services

SmartPlay uses third-party services for account authentication, data storage, and airtime prize delivery. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Aggregated and anonymised grid report data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your personal information (phone number, streak data, and draw history) from our systems.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

SmartPlay is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of SmartPlay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
